VINYASA AND/OR HATHA YOGA WITH VALERIE

Vinyasa Yoga- the instructor will guide you to move from one pose to another on an inhale or exhale. This class is not just stretching, but movement that works on strength building and stretching. Class concludes with a deep final relaxation. Please do not wear any perfumes or scented lotions as some people are very sensitive to these. Wear unrestrictive, comfortable clothing, bring a mat, water and avoid eating before each class. Practicing barefoot is preferred. All levels of experience are welcome.
Class is held in Hunt Union- The Waterfront

  Hatha Yoga- helps build awareness of your body and mind while gently stretching and strengthening. Hatha is a slow-paced and gentle Yoga that provides a basic introduction to Yoga poses. Please do not wear any perfumes or scented lotions as some people are very sensitive to these. Wear unrestrictive, comfortable clothing, bring a mat, water and avoid eating before each class. Practicing barefoot is preferred.
Class is held in Hunt Union- Butternut Valley Room

These class sessions are 10 weeks.
